1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Holistic Healing wellness package with Holistic Healing Quests you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.
- The balance (if any) must be paid by the due date specified at the time of booking.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
3. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in US$ and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, changes in government taxes, or supplier rate changes.
- Any additional costs not included in the package (e.g. visas, tips, travel insurance) are the responsibility of the traveler.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the retreat provider, as each wellness retreat operates under its own terms and conditions.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Charges for group bookings:
- If cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival, a full refund will be issued. Please note that an administrative fee may apply.
- If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the scheduled arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
- Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving written cancellation notice.
5. Changes & Amendments
- If you wish to amend your booking, an administrative fee may apply.
- All changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- In the event we must make changes (due to unforeseen circumstances), we will inform you as soon as possible and offer comparable alternatives.
6. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Holistic Healing Quests is not liable for any losses, injury, illness, or delays caused by events beyond our control.
7. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
- Some destinations may require vaccinations or other health-related documentation.
- We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Holistic Healing Quests acts only as an agent for the Wellness Retreats/ Centers and other suppliers.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or death caused by the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics) are not grounds for liability or compensation.
9. Complaints
- Any complaints must be reported immediately to the service provider and to us in writing within 7 days of returning.
- We will investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
