CANCELLATION POLICY
- 45 days or more before arrival: Full refund (excluding bank/payment gateway charges, if applicable).
- 31–44 days before arrival: 10% of the total booking value will be retained.
- 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be retained.
- Within 14 days of arrival / No-shows / Early departures:
- 100% of the booking value will be retained.
RESCHEDULING
- Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a genuine medical emergency, a date change or credit note may be offered at management’s discretion, subject to availability.
- Subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rescheduling.
- Unused services / Early check-out: No refunds or credits once the stay has commenced.

Despite some unexpected arrival issues with my India visa, Karen and his family went out of their way to make sure I was cared for from the very beginning. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern immediately eased my stress and set the tone for the rest of my stay. That initial gesture alone spoke volumes about the kind of people they are—and the heart that guides this center.
I spent 11 nights here, and it turned out to be one of the most rejuvenating, peaceful, and heartfelt experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed and supported, not as just another guest, but as part of a family.
The center itself is a peaceful respite from the hustle and intensity of India, an oasis of calm where time seems to slow down. Surrounded by nature, gentle sounds, and caring people, it offered exactly the space I needed to rest, reflect, and heal.
The staff are exceptional in every way. From the attentive reception team to the gentle, hardworking cleaners, everyone radiates warmth and dedication. The highly experienced and committed Ayurvedic therapists and doctors bring a depth of knowledge and sensitivity to their treatments, ensuring that every therapy was personalized to my physical and mental health needs. The rooms are spotless and it’s clear how much care and pride goes into maintaining the property.
The food deserves special mention, it’s wholesome, beautifully prepared, and deeply nourishing. Each meal, guided by Ayurvedic principles and cooked with fresh ingredients, many grown on the property. It felt like a form of healing in itself. You can genuinely taste the love and mindfulness that go into every dish.
Sanjay, the yoga and meditation instructor, is a true gem. His calm energy, deep knowledge, and intuitive teaching style make every session a meaningful and personalized experience. Whether it was morning yoga or evening meditation, his guidance helped me reconnect to myself, bringing a sense of clarity and inner peace.
One of my most memorable moments was a peaceful bike ride through the countryside, breathing in the fresh air, surrounded by greenery and the quiet rhythm of rural life. It felt like a natural extension of the yoga and meditation practice, a chance to continue deep breathing, rebalancing, and tuning in to my inner self while moving through the beauty of the land.
What sets this Ayurvedic center apart is its small, family-run atmosphere. Everything feels personal and authentic - tailored with genuine care for each individual. By the end of my stay, I felt lighter, centered, more balanced, and deeply grateful for the experience.

My experience has been amazing. I have visited this ayurvedic health treatment centre for closer to a week in November. I enjoyed the treatment (with ayurvedic messages, medicine) very much. The staying room is big and good. And the greenery inside this place is awesome. Anyone who loves nature will love this place. Food is amazing. It is authentic Kerala veg food with lots of fruits etc. Morning and evening Yoga/Medicine is also included. I may return in future as well.
