PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

Doctor Consultation and Monitoring 

Wellness Cuisine:Indulge in delicious, Doctor-prescribed fine dining vegetarian wellness cuisine tailored to support weight loss, metabolism, and overall health. Each dish is carefully crafted to nourish and energise.

Daily Fitness & Holistic Activities: Stay active and engaged with classes like yoga, spinning, functional fitness sessions, aqua, dance aerobics, meditation, and more—all led by expert instructors.

Body Composition & Postural Analysis: Receive personalised assessments which are used for monitoring your progress and adjustment.

Yogic Cleansing Rituals: Our Kriyas provide natural detoxification, enhancing both physical and mental clarity.

Prescribed Wellness Services: These are prescribed by the consulting Doctor and will include Personal Training sessions, Wellness Treatments etc. 

In a 7 Nights programme, each individual gets around 13 services.

Lifestyle Consultation & Post Programme Plan / Exit consultation: We don’t just want you to reach your health goals while with us; we equip you with the  tools, knowledge, and a custom 2 weeks plan to maintain your progress after you leave.

Reservations will be confirmed based on availability at time of booking

Early check-in: Kindly send a request to the Reservations team, and we will try and accommodate your request based on availability of the rooms on the day. This would entail a half day or full day charge according to the newly requested time.

All our rooms accommodate two people. We do not provide extra mattresses in the rooms. 

Pets are not allowed at the retreat.

Atmantan Pre-Arrival Checklist

The Health & Wellness Questionnaire (HWQ) 

By this stage, your Health Form or HWQ would have been approved. However, if you haven’t submitted it, then kindly do so immediately and send it to us prior to arrival.

You are requested to provide us with the accurate medical information along with the relevant medical tests. 

Not filling the HWQ accurately and completely can result in delays including cancellation of appointments etc. for which we will not be responsible.

Medical Reports

Do carry all your recent medical reports advised by our doctor during the pre-arrival telephonic conversation.

Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

Your room is held on tentative basis for 24 hours only, and is subject to confirmation upon receipt of 100% advance payment & approval of the satisfactorily filled health and wellness questionnaire.

All bookings are subject to confirmation upon approval of the health & wellness questionnaire & 100% advance payment at least 15 days prior to arrival or as offer implies. 

For all bookings made with a credit card authorization, while the booking will be processed, the confirmation voucher will continue to carry the booking status as tentative. Cancellation terms apply and Centre will charge the card as per the cancellation terms.

The management reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of its policies without prior notice. Such changes will be treated as final and binding.

A confirmed booking can be amended maximum 2 times and any change made more than twice will attract applicable retention charges.

FOR ASOKA/ ARJUNA GROVE & ACACIA LAKE VIEW ROOMS

All confirmations are subject to receipt of an advance at least 15 days prior to check-in.

For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the advance must be received within one working day of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.

There will be no charge for any Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival.

In addition to the above, the wellness center reserves the right to charge a retention charge for any amendments.

Visibile results on mind, body and spiritThis is my third time at Atmantan and I truly enjoyed my 2-week detox experience. The park is stunning (better and better every time, well done to the gardeners), the rooms are super comfortable, the staff is very kind, the food is great, the doctors are amazing and the treatments are really effective. I loved the activities like aquafit and dance (and I even joined the hiking trip). I will definitely come back as I have seen the results on my mind, body and spirit!
